We typically meet once a month, either at a public studio such as the Bay Area Glass Institute (BAGI) or Public Glass, or local private studios.
Annual dues are $10 for the year, and $5 for each meeting attended (excludes holiday party). For convenience you may pay $60 for annual dues and all meetings. Dues go toward visiting artist demos, and special Fireflies-only classes. An additional benefit from being a Member of the Fireflies is the amazing tool and instructional material library maintained by our very own Charles Norona. This is an exclusive benefit for members only. Occasionally we host special events such as private Fireflies classes and workshops. One year we were treated to a special spiny knotted bracelet class with Stephanie Sersich, and blew glass vessels at BAGI. |

Prospective or current Fireflies members may pay their dues online using Paypal or a credit card, or in person at a meeting. Note that annual dues are $5 after the May meeting for those joining in mid-year. Finally, special events may have an additional fee, and to receive the Firefly member benefit for sponsored events you must have joined the Fireflies at least 30 days before the event.
